U NEED1.Thur dhal -1 cup
2.Tomatoes -4
3.Garlic-2 cloves
4.Mustard
5.Ghee-1tsp
6.Chilli powder- 1tsp
7.Turmeric powder
8.Salt
9.Hing
10.Tamarind -small lemon size
Method of Preparation
1.Cook the thur dhal in cooker
2.Heat the pan with ghee,tamper mustard, add tomatoes & fry
3.Now add thur dhal stir & add turmeric powder & salt.
4.When the tomatoes are cooked, add chilli powder & garlic paste.
5.Cook for 5min & add tamarind extract.
6.Finally add hing.
