Suliyam-சுழியம்


U Need:

1.Gram Dhal- 1cup

2.Powdered jaggery-1/2 cup

3.Cardamom-3

4.Grated Coconut-1/4cup

5.Maida -1cup

6.Salt

7.Oil to fry




Method of preparation:

1. Soak gram dhal in water for 30min, Grind to dry paste without adding water.

2. To the Grinded paste now add grated coconut, powdered elachi & jaggery then make out small balls.

3. Prepare a dough with maida adding salt and water.

4.Dip the balls in maida & fry in oil
